So yeah. Skipped last week. Wasn't home. : D

I managed to get over one hurdle this week: a presentation on poetry, which is definitely not my specialty. Unfortunately there's still plenty of hurdles left and I think I'm a little feverish. But oh well, I'll figure things out. : D 

No time to mope! I had an amazing opportunity offered to me and I'm excited to take it up. Everything starts next Tuesday. I won't reveal what is going on until I feel 100% comfortable with this, since for now I still can't believe this is real and I'm seriously nervous if I can meet the challenge. But if everything goes okay and I can manage to conquer my nervousness I might be well on my way to make one of my dreams a reality. This all feel a little insane...

I got a new beanie a few days ago to save my hair from the heavy snowfall we've been having for a few days. Also listening to a lot of G-Dragon lately. : D HO I FINALLY GOT MY OVERALLS OF OUR VERBA GUILD! 

I think every damn time that I get feverish I suddenly decide that now is the perfect time to start trying out my wigs and play around a little with makeup. I finally got around to making a video as well, though I still have to edit it before I can upload it. I'm always pissed at myself for not making videos more often, but oh well.. : D And something else rare nowadays: I did my nails!

Back in business

Oh wow I really did not miss uni. I've been in school for four days and I've already got so much crap to do that I feel like I'm drowning. This is great. no really. F this.

I never imagined that Swedish would turn out to be as much of a nightmare as it is... And the timing is probably just about as bad as it could have been. 

I guess I'll just have to push myself (probably way over my own limits again) and try to manage. Let's see how long I'll last. : ))

Anyway! Not much other than school has been going on. Actually there's been nothing but school stuff happening this week and I'd really rather not get into all of that since that would just be another endless rant. 

But hey I did finally update my banner into something new! It was about time. 

And I finally watched Annabelle! And it wasn't really as good as I expected it to be. There were so many little details that they could have changed to make it scarier (like not use the stupid porcelain doll with a busted face instead of a rag-doll which is what the Annabelle doll actually is).

And I've been really into lipstick lately. I don't know why. I guess it's just one of those phases that I get every now and then. 

but guess what... I have to get back to making a presentation! Yayus.

Hollywood Magic

Wohoo!! Updating on schedule! Success! 

So courses start back up next week (not terribly excited for that) and I have an exam that I should probably start studying for (at least in the near future). I will admit that the stress is real. But we'll see when I'll get around to studying. The bad thing is that you practically get to decide for yourself when you take the exam as long as you take it before (what?) the 15th of March (?), so my study motivation is quite low. not to mention that the course is not mandatory and I would be okay even if I didn't get the grade from it. 

anyway...

So I was at home-home again for a few days and came back to my place yesterday. Keela came over, I dyed her hair and we went out for the evening/night and boy we had fun. :'D Hollywood Magic even happened! We hadn't been sitting in the pub for more than 10 minutes when some guy across the pub (who I never even saw properly, I never even walked past him or anything) sent me a drink that the bartender brought me. :''''D So that was cool and a little funny. 

From the pub we headed to a bar, where we stayed until like 2:30 am. We had an awesome and an adorable bartender there! When I went to get some water he told me that it would cost me a smile and later on he brought me water to our table and always asked a smile in return. He was awesome! : ) There was great music playing and the whole evening was really great! A huge plus was that we had fun the entire night and we did drink, but I don't have even a hint of a hangover. : D <3

Actually already before New Years I bought myself a new pair of boots that I forgot to show you in my earlier post! These were 50€ and they are really great. I haven't really walked in any sort of heels for quite a bit (ice and heels just don't go together that well....) so my feet get tired really quickly, but these are comfortable enough that I can wear these for longer periods of time. I really want to get back to wearing heels more often because I have a ton of shoes that I haven't really ever worn because I'm afraid that I can't properly walk in them.

Holy shit it's 2015

It really is 2015.... wow. 

So I haven't updated in a long time. I know I said that I would try to update while I was at home-home, but I didn't really have a chance to focus on this. So Christmas came and went, so did New Years. 

I didn't even have a change to make a review video of my 2014... D: I might try to get around to making one at some point, but for now I just need to relax. 

honestly I haven't had a real chance to just sit back and relax yet. There's constantly been something coming up. A lot has been going on with Christmas and New Years, but since I'm too lazy to write about it all, I'm just going to show you guys some pictures from December... : D

Here's some of the stuff I got for Christmas!

 And I got the final addition to the Final Fantasy XIII series as well!

And then something called re-growth happened and I had horrible roots all December. Me and my sister tried to bleach them in the hopes of being able to then dye then the same shade of green as the rest of my hair, but that failed. My roots were this weird lime-green-thingy and at first I wasn't really sure what to do about it. I didn't want to get rid of the green color completely, but touching up the roots turned out to be a little bit too difficult. My sister pointed out that she has always thought that my ombre-hair has been her favorite of all the hairstyles that I've had so that gave me an idea...

 And this is how it turned out!

 I don't know why exactly the green turned blue and turquoise, but I don't dislike it.

I feel like this ombre-color makes me look older, more like I'm actually in my twenties, which I don't mind. This will be a lot more practical to touch-up!

So New Year's Eve was kind of a blur and definitely did not go as planned. I honestly wasn't in a party mood at all, even though that had been the goal and the whole evening was a bit poopy. But hey at least I got to hang out with Keela, Kata, Eva and other people and that was pretty fun! I'm so glad that Keela is in Finland for about two more weeks or so! <3

That's unfortunately all I've got for now. I'll try to get back to updating more regularly soon! 

Now I'm gonna go and munch on some chinese food. <3
